In our experience of purchasing homes in the past, we've experienced two outcomes. When we are referred an agent by a friend or family, it seems to be a painful experience and then we have to search for another agent. In this case we did not get referred to Joe by anyone, and we got lucky! Joe was definitely there for our needs and looked out for our decision making. He was upfront about his schedule and did come to our aid when we needed him to be there or answer a question. He's very knowledgeable and experienced in the whole process, which made us feel at ease.
