From the first phone call we knew Kathleen was the right person to guide us to the right home. Kathleen was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and right on top of all the details. My wife and I felt at ease during the hectic time of searching for a place where we were not familiar. It was as if Kathleen knew what we were thinking, as my wife and discussed concerns and started a list of questions, the phone would ring and there she was bringing up our concerns before we even needed to ask. When we first met Kathleen in person, we know we had the right person representing our best needs.
