With the changing market, I was optimistic about getting my asking price, but after all things considered, I was comfortable with what my property sold for and Julia made sure I was. I do think the picture of the balcony overlooking the bay would have been a better lead picture and the tweeking the photographer did on coloring the photos was good for the most part.
