everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. His local knowledge was invaluable as well as his ability to get any question answered almost instantly. There was no "I'll have to let you know." It was an instant phone call and here's the answer. It was refreshing not to get ANY runaround. When we decided on a house, which was a bank owned property, Oleg really shined. This type of property is a pain to purchase but with the right realtor it takes a lot of the sting out of it. Oleg took care of everything. We asked for recommendations for financing as well as legal consultation. Both worked out better than expected. Oleg was in constant contact with us nearly every day since we were out of the area. He gave us updates as to what was as well as what wasn't happening. He made all the phone calls to push things along when needed. He arranged for all the inspections and called us during them all just to give us a few heads up. His attention to us was as if we were his best friends, I can't think of a better way to put it. He was available late nights, weekends, whenever we needed anything. I thought that level of customer service was gone or at least reserved for the wealthy. Not the case.
