He represented the buyers for the home we sold. We wish he was our agent. Phil Provenzale is not only strong and knowledgeable but he kept everything on track despite the incompetence and hindrance my agent caused. I was just waiting out the end of my contract with my agent until he came into the picture and it was turned into a positive experience. We had very little contact with our agent so he took it upon himself to keep us up to date with every step and help us keep everything going. He was our de facto agent and we love him for his help. I am not sure how he did it but we are grateful. He is the best!
