The only objection I have is that the estimate to close tru Century 21 was incredibly over the average of other Title companies we consulted and offered in such a different format as compared to others, which we believe with the intention to make it intentionally more confusing, and less clear.
We bought another property through Century 21 years ago that we still own.
Now I feel like going back to my papers hoping that we did not close it with the same company at that time.
