Rob was hands down the greatest agent we could have imagined working with in purchasing our home. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have been referred Rob because he made the whole experience so painless and even enjoyable from touring homes, to negotiating the purchase, to closing, and even beyond the closing. Rob's knowledge of the area and real estate market was very comprehensive.
The thing that really stood out working with Rob was how friendly and personable Rob is. We really felt like we were working with a friend through the whole process which meant we were able to go on the home buying journey together and find the property that meet our needs and truly felt like home the moment we saw the house.
If you are looking to purchase a home in the area; I cannot recommend Rob enough!
Thanks again Rob and the Century 21 Carioti team....
