We had been interested in a property that was being handled by Jillian Merluse. We contacted her about it but it wasn't available anymore so she offered us other properties to look at.
Due to covid restrictions we had to do everything virtually and by video calls. We are in CT. and Jillian was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. Although we could not be in FL personally, Jillian went above and beyond to get everything lined up and made us feel very confident in our decisions.
if there was an "above excellent" category I would have checked that!! Jillian truly did an amazing job for us.
As stated in my previous comments our experience purchasing this property, basically sight unseen due to our covid restrictions here in CT. was made comfortably and confidently by working with Jillian Merluse. She was able to show us and walk us through the property via video callings and was able to answer any questions we may of had. I have had some family and friends ask about our experience, and possibly looking at property themselves.
