We had some unusual circumstances during the sale, and Monica Roehrig worked very hard to help us resolve those problems. We had already moved out of state so it was necessary for Monica to do extra work to accomplish what needed to be done. She spent many hours making calls and coordinating companies to do the needed work. I am sure she would do the same for anyone she is in contract with. We greatly appreciate Monica and her hard work.
