Lee Ann helped us sell our father’s home after his death. My
sisters and I were referred to Lee Ann by the pastor who performed Dad’s funeral. She came to the house and met us within a few hours of his call. We all live on the opposite side of the country so set a time to meet Lee Ann and list the house when we returned to Cordele to clean out the house. She helped us determine a price that would result in a relatively quick sale and then communicated regularly with me as I served as executor. She helped with the negotiations when we encountered probate delays and managed closing in an efficient manner. An excellent experience
