This was my first experience purchasing a home. Aimee went well above my expectations. She took the time to listen and learn what my needs and expectations were. She showed me a variety of residences and when we found the right one she work tirelessly to negotiate a lower purchase price, the seller paying a significant amount of the closing costs as well as the seller paying all realtor fees. Any time I had question, and I had plenty, she was there to answer my questions. A friend of mine who had served as an Assistant Vive Preseident for a major mortgage company and had attended numerous real estate related courses in their career said she was probably the best real estate agent they had ever seen.
Not that I ever plan to move again, but if I did I would absolutely ask Aimee to be my agent....
