We decided to sell our house after renting it for a year and our neighbor that used to live across the street used Denise Quinlan to sell there house. She sold it in like less than three days. So we had to get her to sell ours. She would have had ours sold in 3 days or less had the contract we had in those first three days not decided against the home.
