We used a previous realtor for our first 2 home purchases. We had a feeling and decided to do something different and call Joe. We've known him since college and saw how successful he has been and how fast he is growing and honestly we wanted to be on that train for the buy and sale of our homes.
We called him and immediately started the whole process. I explained to him this will be our last move for a very long time and this next house could not cut any corners. It had to check every box. We looked at one house and it was a no go. Joe mentioned he possibly had a home that fit our criteria That was not on the market yet. The moment we pulled up to the house, we knew this was home. We couldn't stop smiling from ear to ear and told Joe there's no way you did it on day 1. (We was mentally ready for 6-12 month process to find the right home).
Our house went under contract 24 hours after being on Zillow for way over asking price. After negotiations and repairs along the way on both homes. We closed on both on the same day and from start to finish was super smooth.
