From start to finish, Joe Bleckley's knowledge and experience was invaluable to my home buying process. He was able to advise me on every aspect of the search, offer, contract, and closing process (which is critical for a first-timer like myself), as well as trends in the local markets, the financing process, and potential home improvement considerations as we looked at properties. He spent a considerable amount of time being very patient with me as I learned and got comfortable with the process and my purchase, and he went to bat for me time and again with the seller as we moved toward closing. What struck me most about Joe, and ultimately the reason I would recommend him (and already have), was the level of care and professionalism that goes into the service he provides. He was always there with a helpful word of advice and to thoughtfully listen to my questions and concerns.
