Tom and wife Linda, a retired interior designer, came several times in the year or so prior to listing my home. Linda offered help with interior paint colors and Tom suggestions for a potential sale.
I chose Tom as the realtor to list my home for sale and had a contract the second day on the market. Words are not adequate to describe the outstanding job Tom did for me. Tom's professionalism, sales experience and quiet manner offered so much support to me as a widow wanting to sell my home and move near family. Tom guided me through the entire process from listing through the closing at the attorneys office. In addition he made sure all went well with my move from the house to accommodate a final walkthrough by the buyers prior to their closing date.
