Tristan was an amazing realtor and helped me a lot. We actually sold and bought a house with him. In selling he went above and beyond in helping us get it ready to sell. Helped us clean it out, do some light yard work, and did wonderfully in negotiaing.
He did wonderful in buying and showing us all the open houses we dragged him to. Starting our search in December of 25, he was great with our 4 month old and helped us find the perfect home. We were pretty set on the first home we had walked but he advised us (very wisely) to walk a few homes and get a feel of what would be best for us. After searching for a while we did find something we fell in love with. Tristan even commented on it being the perfect house for us.
