Courtney was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were from out of town and had limited time to review and visit potential houses for purchase. Courtney came to understand what we were looking for in a new home very quickly. We did not find anything that totally appealed to us on the first visit but Courtney was able to find information on a new listing that was due to come out soon that she thought would appeal to us.
Courtney forwarded the listing immediately when it was listed on a Friday morning and the house looked like it could be perfect for us. Courtney made herself available on short notice on a Sunday early afternoon to visit the house with me after I flew in to town that morning.
Courtney helped us put together an offer that was submitted that day and we finalized the offer the next day as the offer was accepted. Courtney was great to work with and very knowledable of the area which helped us since we had no local knowledge of the area....
