I was searching for properties online and requested information on a listing by Century 21. I received a call back from Chris Romero, he understood what I needed, he was very proactive in helping me locate a lender as well as finding a condo in my price range. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and patient. He took the time and went the extra mile to search and arrange tours of multiple locations which fit my choices.
Chris really took ownership for the success of the entire process, he made sure I used caution with wiring funds to the closing attorney to avoid fraud, he always provided prompt updates regarding homes we were interested in. He was always positive and provided encouragement when a seller rejected our offer, also answered questions regarding the contract and closing process.
