MEET THERESA THOMPSON
For me, real estate has never been just about houses. It’s about people, transitions, new beginnings, and helping someone confidently step into the next chapter of their life.
I began my real estate career five years ago in Florida, never imagining just how much the journey would shape me personally and professionally. Eventually, life brought my family—my husband, our three children, and me—to Georgia. What started as a relocation quickly became home. I fell in love with Georgia, its communities, its people, and the opportunity to build something meaningful here while continuing to serve clients in the Florida market where my career began.
Today, I’m proud to be a Florida and Georgia Realtor, but I’m even prouder of the reputation I’m building along the way.
I believe people deserve more than someone who can simply open doors, write contracts, or put a sign in the yard. They deserve someone who listens. Someone who communicates. Someone who will advocate for them when things get difficult and celebrate with them when everything finally comes together. Whether I’m helping a family relocate, guiding someone through buying their first home, marketing a luxury property, working with a seller through a challenging market, or helping someone find land to build their vision, I want my clients to know they have someone genuinely invested in their outcome.
That same heart extends beyond real estate. Community matters to me. I genuinely enjoy helping people and finding ways to make a positive impact wherever I am. Success, to me, isn’t simply measured by sales volume, commissions, awards, or the price of the homes I sell. It’s also measured by the relationships I build, the people I help, the example I set for my children, and the legacy I’m creating for my family.
And while I take my business seriously, real estate isn't my entire personality.
I’m a wife and a mom of three. I love basketball, tennis, and golf, and I appreciate beautiful homes, great experiences, good food, travel, and spending time with the people I love. I’m ambitious and always thinking about what’s next, but I also appreciate the simple moments that make life good.
I believe you can be successful without losing your heart. You can be confident without being unapproachable. You can enjoy beautiful things while still remembering where you came from. And you can build an extraordinary life while helping other people build theirs.
I’m continuing to grow, learn, and evolve—not only as a Realtor, but as a businesswoman and a person. My vision is bigger than simply selling homes. I want to build a brand known for excellence, integrity, service, knowledge, and genuine relationships. I want people to know that when Theresa Thompson puts her name behind something, she cares about doing it well.
