Kimberley and I never met until the closing. I told her she's even prettier in person than in her picture. We talked for a year or so via the phone and she was always very helpful. I wanted to list it a year before I did, but my renter wanted to stay another year and I agreed. She called a couple of months before the year was up and wanted to break the lease, etc. I agreed and immediately called Kimberley who happened to be on her way back from Helen. She said she would call me when after she checked on a few things. And she did. The rest is history and I couldn't have had a better realtor. I was very happy with the sale and very grateful to Kimberley. She's a very classy lady! I would highly recommend Kimberley Fox to anyone who has a Savannah property to sell. I live 100 miles from Savannah and everything was handled via email....
