Mr. Swan took an interest from the start and helped to temper my expectations in the housing that I should be looking for. After discussing a number of options we looked at the first location (Quitman) and from the outside it was a wonderful fit. However from the inside it was a problem.
The second house again was a great fit, a little more in price (but do-able) and did not need the extensive repairs of the first location.
He helped with the mortgage and closing process. A very knowledgeable, helpful, positive person.
