Terri not only showed us the property we contacted her to see but also offered to show us any of the properties in the area. She seemed very knowledgeable of the area and guided us through the process of acquiring the property on which we settled . She made sure we were aware of our responsibilities ahead of time so we could properly prepare to carry them out and kept in touch with us on a daily basis until we closed the deal. Her being so on top of the process left us with no worries on our end. Terri did an excellent job in my way of thinking. This is not a process I have been through in quite a long time and didn't remember much of the previous occasion but it was very easy with the help of Terri Jackson.
