Aloha, I’m Dave, and I’ve been helping people navigate real estate from nearly every angle since 2006. I started as a lender at Wells Fargo, then transitioned into business banking and real estate servicing. Those early years gave me a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate — knowledge that continues to benefit my clients every single day. In 2012, my wife, our dog, and I packed up our lives in Boise, Idaho, and moved to Hawaii. I shifted into multi-family property management, which eventually led me to my current focus: providing full real estate services and property management across Oahu. I also collaborate with trusted real estate professionals throughout all the Hawaiian Islands, so my clients receive reliable support no matter where their goals take them. I enjoy working with all types of clients — first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, investors, or anyone who simply wants an agent who will show up, communicate, and work hard before, during, and long after the transaction. I believe a great real estate experience depends on offering what others often do not, and creating true value through knowledge, service, and genuine care. My greatest strength is the network I’ve built over nearly two decades in this business, along with the fact that my experience extends well beyond just the market itself. The best part of my job is getting to know both the properties and the people. I love hearing the stories, discovering the quirks, facing the challenges, and exploring the nooks and crannies — all the things that make each property or home special. When I’m not working on contracts or touring properties, you’ll typically find me spending time with my wife and our two dogs. I also enjoy skiing whenever I get the chance and never turn down a good movie, especially if I can watch it in the theater. I cannot recommend Dave Spinazza enough. As a local native Hawaiian famliy, it was important to us to find someone that was not just here to rip off the properties and capitalize on Hawaiian lands. We were feeling dejected after we met other agents that were "too good" for our neighborhood. When we met Dave, he immediately saw the value in our property and the beauty of our home. His energy is infectious and the best part about this entire process is that we gained a new friend. My most favorite moment is when I peeked outside and I saw Dave powerwashing our driveway to prepare for our house going live on the MLS. I had never seen anything so selfless. Dave has a one-of-a-kind personality and while realtors are a dime a dozen, the person that gets to work with Dave is truly blessed. David's professionalism, knowledge and communicaiton skills are excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and were always comfortable with his advice. He went above and beyond what a seller's representative would do (yard work, house cleaning, etc.) as well as providing photos of open house events, weather damage and anything else he thought we needed to know. We were out of the state for much of this transaction and Dave kept us up-to-date on what was needed to successfully complete the process.
