Aloha, I’m Dave, and I’ve been helping people navigate real estate from nearly every angle since 2006. I started as a lender at Wells Fargo, then transitioned into business banking and real estate servicing. Those early years gave me a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate — knowledge that continues to benefit my clients every single day.
In 2012, my wife, our dog, and I packed up our lives in Boise, Idaho, and moved to Hawaii. I shifted into multi-family property management,
which eventually led me to my current focus: providing full real estate services and property management across Oahu. I also collaborate with trusted real estate professionals throughout all the Hawaiian Islands, so my clients receive reliable support no matter where their goals take them.
I enjoy working with all types of clients — first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, investors, or anyone who simply wants an agent who will show up, communicate, and work hard before, during, and long after the transaction. I believe a great real estate experience depends on offering what others often do not, and creating true value through knowledge, service, and genuine care.
My greatest strength is the network I’ve built over nearly two decades in this business, along with the fact that my experience extends well beyond just the market itself. My goal is to make my clients’ lives easier and leave them feeling great about the end result, no matter what obstacles may arise.

That approach really makes a difference. The best part of my job is getting to know both the properties and the people. I love hearing the stories, discovering the quirks, facing the challenges, and exploring the nooks and crannies — all the things that make each property or home special. When I’m not working on contracts or touring properties, you’ll typically find me spending time with my wife and our two dogs. I also enjoy skiing whenever I get the chance and never turn down a good movie, especially if I can watch it in the theater.
