For the sale of our Ewa Beach, Hawaii home, it was recommended we contact Dean Matsui of Century 21 Island Homes. We are so glad we did. Dean Matsui and Danelle Miyamoto were the perfect choice for us. They went above and beyond what we have experienced in the past with regard to real estate agents. As we had already moved to our new home in Tennessee, Dean and Danelle handled everything needed in Hawaii. They were always available to answer questions and provide the guidance we needed to navigate the complex process of selling our home. When the Buyer's agent had questions, Dean and Danelle were always just a phone call or text away to assist in properly responding. We dealt with the 6-hour time difference between Hawaii and Tennessee seamlessly. I actually received a few texts and calls during what was morning in Tennessee which was before sunrise in Hawaii.
