With a solid background from San Diego State University and Kelsey Jenney Business College, where she sharpened her skills in accounting, Deanna's journey led her to the stunning shores of Hawaii in 1993. On the beautiful west side of Oahu, Deanna and her husband, Chris, found their little piece of paradise. Her love for construction and sales grew here, fueling a rewarding career spanning over 30 years. She started humbly at Schuler Homes in 1995, and her expertise soon propelled her to new levels, including a seamless transition to D.R. Horton after a merger in the early 2000s. Over the years, she has gained valuable insights into product offerings, construction techniques, and the unique charm of the west side market. Deanna was also proud to be part of the first sales team for the master-planned community of Ho’opili, helping to welcome the first 800 families to live in this exciting new neighborhood. In 2020, she made a heartfelt move from developer sales at D.R. Horton to join CENTURY 21 Island Homes, where her passion is helping more families realize their dream of homeownership. When she's not working, Deanna loves exploring nature with her family. They enjoy everything from peaceful swims and exhilarating paddleboarding to fascinating snorkeling adventures. Their love for Hawaiian cuisine and fine wines reflects their appreciation for the islands' rich cultural diversity, making every day an adventure filled with discovery and joy.
