We were referred to Erin Evans four years ago when we were considering selling our home. When she showed up for the initial appointment we were extremely impressed with her knowledge of the area, her ability to listen to what we wanted and not push us in the direction she felt we should go and her follow up after our initial appointment. Although we decided not to sell the house because it just wasn't the right time for us, Erin respected our decision and always stayed in touch with our family.
