I have been licensed since 1973. I am in real estate to provide education, counseling and give hope to those who don't think that they can afford a home in Hawaii. I have developed over 150 affordable housing projects and have written over 30 courses, taught thousands of students in prelicense and continuing education courses. I have a passion for helping first time homebuyers and work closely with a nonprofit organization that teaches first time homeowners how to prepare for home ownership. I have the following designations: M.Ed., CCIM, Green.

I have been married to Sally Okura Lee for over 43 years, have 6 wonderful children, and 9 beautiful grandchildren. I immigrated from Korea when I was 8 years old and count it a blessing to live in the United States and Hawaii.
