It is very important to me that the agent I work with understands my needs and requirements and is knowledgeable about the local areas and specifics. More important than those listed above I have to feel comfortable with the agent and feel as though he or she has my back and is fighting and representing me.
I can say with confidence that Judith changed my view of a real state agent and how they are supposed to help the customer. She went above and beyond any agent I know and added a personal touch making me feel like family and that I have someone in my corner fighting for me even if I am not completely concentrated on the issue. She was accessible every single time I tried to reach her and would have the answers to my questions and inquiries in the timeline she had specified.

With Judith as their point person and the rest of the staff behind her I know that there is no other Broker that could come close to their efficiency and professional performance. I definitely recommend Century 21 and will not deal with any other agency in future.
The overall experience was amazing and Judith made the process so easy that made buying a house or my first home as easy as going to the mall and buying a gift for myself. Before I was fearful entering the home buying process and did not know if I will be able to do it or not, but with Judith in my corner I am looking forward to my next real state purchase in the next couple of years needless to say that I am confident knowing Judith will be on my team as the point person.
