Out of the decades of experience we have had with excellent real estate agents, Junko stands out as by far the best. She is detail orientated, very honest, very financially savy and has extensive knoweldge of the market. For example, she provided us with excellent data on excel sheets on analysis of the types of properties we were considering.
Not only was she very responsive to our questions, she was proactive with providing us highly relevant information to help with decision making and placing offers. We got to trust her judgement very quickly and benefited from and her deep knowledge of the market. Additinally, Junko went far beyond our expectations in providing video tours (as we were looking at property remotely, etc).
