We selected Baba as our agent because his deep commitments to honesty and integrity. There was a never a concern about Baba having our best interest at heart, and we always knew he would treat potential buyers and their agents with respect.
To us, the greatest compliment we can give Baba is that he was our buyer agent when we bought our home in Ames and we went back to him to sell our home three years later. In the end, Baba was able to sell our condo in a week at a price above what we thought we would get. Additionally, he supported us through our negotiations to get the closing date and other concessions that we needed.
Having worked with multiple other agents in different markets, we would not recommend any of them over Baba!
