Most of the realtors I have worked with in the past simply asked what I was looking for, set up an automated property search that would send me dozens of emails every day and wait for me to reach out. That type of setup quite frankly overwhelms me and discourages me from even buying. Darrin actually took the time to search on his own for properties I might like and selectively sent me a few listings so that I didn't get to a point where it all became too much (and used my feedback to hone his searches). When I was intersted in seeing properties he was very quick to set up a showings and was very flexible with his schedule. I have honestly never worked with a better realtor and if I ever decide to buy or sell again he will be my first call....
