Megan is fantastic! She was very accommodating and had our backs througout the entire process. Since we were actually out-of-town when the home we purchased the home, Megan agreed to accompany my daughter and son-in law accompany her and do a face-time vidio of the tour. Based on that tour, we crafted the offer.
This deal could have fallen through at several points were it not for her attention to detail and calming nature. We went through some rocky moments when it was discovered tha the sellers had unpaid bills that were about to incur a lien on the property and the sellers were reluctant to remmedy the situation. We were also disappointed to learn that the sellers had been less-than-forthcoming with their disclosures. Megan smoothed everything over & worked with the seller's realtor to achieve an acceptable resolution.
I hope not to require the services of a realtor in the near future, but, if I were to do so, Megan would be the first person that I would call, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new home in the Des Moines area.
