I was purchasing a home from 2 hours away - So buying this home was an adventure - Michelle Erickson was always avaialbe to accommodate virtual showings . She paid attention to everything that was important to me and helped a great deal to narrow down listings to where I made 3 trips to Cedar Rapids to find the right location and the perfect home - The process took several months (4) and Michelle was steady and very reliable, was outstanding in communication and information gathering from listing agent so I was well educated on each home we visited.
