I had observed from my home that Julie had put up two sales signs in Oyens before and the houses had sold very rapidly. I was not aware that she had sold a third house in town. Also when she had an Open House for one of the homes I went to look at it actually just to meet Julie. I was not interested in the home. I decided after I made up my mind to sell my home and move I decided to contact Julie.
Actually my house sold in seven days. I was very happy with the way Julie handled the showings of my house. She always notified me when she had someone to look at the house. Every aspect of selling my house was very professional and she made it very easy for me as I had never had the experience of selling a house before.
