You always hear that house buying is a complicated experience, and that is a headache and " you better be ready " for it and the likes. I was fully expecting to be a lot of headaches and such, but it really was not. I was talking with several people I know they bought houses over the years and they were telling me it takes over two months and such and how complicated it was. I found none of that to be true, while it was a process in itself it went as smooth as it can be and very organic. Michelle would email me, call or text and the topic at hand would be taken care of immediately.
