Additionally, I provide complementary Market Analysis for both sellers and buyers - sellers to assist in determining listing price and for buyers to assist in determining offer price. I am currently an active member of the Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors; Iowa Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; Siouxland Chamber of Commerce; Rotary Club of Sioux City, and my church. In the past I have served the Siouxland community on the board level of the Advertising Federation of Sioux City; River-Cade; Homebuilders Association Women’s Council; Boys and Girls Home and Family Services; and Siouxland Youth Hockey Association.
