Melody made a very difficult circumstance (selling our deceased mother's home) comfortable. Her professionalism, yet friendly manner, put us at ease right away and we are so thankful for her efforts. She did so many things that made a difficult series of steps much easier to understand and she led us through the whole process. She made a lot of calls to find repairmen and then regular update calls to them and to us so we knew what was going on. That helped us so much because we were so busy working at the house and going through a rough time, and she made it much easier, taking care of details that we did not really feel like dealing with.
