Born in Caldwell, a graduate of the University of Idaho in Business with a minor in Design Architecture, Jeffrey has been in full time real estate sales and listings since 1974 (43 years). He joined his father, Stanley L. Jensen, who had been in real estate since 1946. Jeffrey has obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations.
He is married to Bambi Mallea Jensen, a native of Nampa 7 miles away, and they live in their home in Caldwell, Idaho. The two of them enjoy golfing at the City owned Purple Sage Championship 18 hole golf course and Idaho's oldest golf course, The 9 hole Fairview, located in the center of Caldwell.
Caldwell is the classic small city with 2 colleges. Treasure Valley Community College in downtown Caldwell and Idaho's Oldest institute of higher learning, The College of Idaho. The C of I Coyotes just re instituted intercollegiate football in 2014 and just in its 2 nd season we boast the #1 spot in fan attendance in the entire nation for home games in the NAIA league. You can ride your bicycle to the games from anywhere in Caldwell, no kidding.
Boasting of population of 50,000 Caldwell it has big city amenities such as the St. Luke Medical Center which just doubled its size in 2014. Caldwell is also the county seat for Canyon County, a fabulous new YMCA, has more parks per person than any other city in Idaho and excellent newer schools. It also has a newly day lighted and fully landscaped Indian Creek running through the heart of downtown.
We are only 26 miles from the states capital on the newly completed I-84 interstate corridor. Lake Lowell 3 miles south of Caldwell has more variety of birds than any other body of water in Idaho. Bogus Basin ski resort is 16 miles north of Boise.
If you are looking for a peaceful, safe and serene yet fun place to live then Caldwell just may be your ticket. As I mentioned I have lived my entire life here and have no intentions of ever leaving.
