Our main goal was to sell our properties. However, with that said, we strongly wanted to do it with integrity. We have a long and joyful history in the Coeur d' Alene area and we felt quite sentimental about our memories. Brent was sensitive to that and consistently was respectful in the way he did business with other realtors, as well as city and county employees. He was truly professional and honest at all times. When some of the logistics became complicated, he handled them with knowledge and resolve. His language was always appropriate, which we appreciated. Brent communicated with us every step of the way so we would always know the progress being made. We had complete confidence in how he was handling our properties. We can't imagine a realtor better than Brent Heleker.
We also dealt with Pam Harmon, but on a limited basis. She was so fun and helpful - just a delightful experience with her....
