Had no one been available to talk with me, I may have moved on to another firm. Craig was courteous and knowledgeable, and we had a great conversation so I decided to enlist him as my agent.
I would refer friends to work with Craig. He is friendly, helpful and fun to work with. He knows EVERYTHING about local culture and history. He is a great communicator and always answered directly or returned calls within a very short time. Knowing I was here from another state, Craig set aside two full days to drive around with me looking at potential houses. I never felt rushed or pressured. Craig took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the properties we viewed. He also knows the best lunch places!
