I knew I liked Diana Kern from the start. She was concerned about some issues I had and worked with me on it. After I listed my house with her, I saw more of her "true colors", One of a caring heart, one that goes beyond her call of duty, and one that wears many hats. This last move was extremely hard with having to move out sooner than I wanted from excited happy buyers. She even helped me through that process as well. She is very thorough - extremely. Although I have not purchased a home from her yet, I can trust that she will be "nit picking" everything to make sure that I am protected in my purchase as she was in the sale of my home! She is very detailed oriented. She has been like family and even loves my dog! When I absolutely could not take my dog once and there was a showing she took her and my dog loved her. She is great a being a problem solver and in helping ease the burden of moving.
I might add that she presents the best open houses of any Realtor I have ever used or any open house I have been too. And the flyers amazed me. Not only in vivid color but with thick paper that wasn't cheap.
She is also one that simply doesn't give up! I am looking forward to buying a house with Diana. If it is out there - she will find it! I would recommend her highly!...
