Amber Nichols, Kingston
We were nervous moving, even more because it was out of state. The houses had been flying off the market and we were anxious to move but un able to get up to ID as fast as we wanted to look at houses due to work. Our realtor Heather Kavanaugh sent us listings as they popped up and really did a wonderful job searching for what we wanted. During the early process of the loan search Heather mentioned to us about a first time home buyers program that Idaho offered and mentioned we may quality. Then she connected us with a wonderful lender. After being approved we started really looking and fell in love with a little town called Kingston. We found a house we really liked and were just about to put an offer in when another house came on the market. We ended up going with the second house because we absolutely fell in love with it and everything it had to offer, and with the help of our realtor and our sister in law (who lived here locally) we found our home in just two days of actually looking! Heather did her diligence for us before, during and even after purchasing our home. She provided us with info about the town, schools, crime rates and Etc. She also was very helpful finding info on the utilities company's, trash service and even was able to get in contact with people during the whole COVID 19 situation to help us with our first home project 6 months after purchasing the home. Heather did an amazing job with communication between us the listing agent which made buying this home from a distance a realty. Heather made this process feel so easy while most times buying a house is very stressful. We are so grateful for finding such a wonderful realtor and with her help and knowledge we were able to move much sooner then we first thought. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy. Heather went above and beyond to help us find our home and helped us feel comfortable with the process of making a purchase while coming from another state.
