Jeremiah was amazing at helping us define what type of home we were looking for and ideal locations for our family of four. We moved to Idaho from Arizona so he mapped out all the houses we were interested in and took us on tours for 2 full days. His detailed knowledge of the local area/neighborhoods was essential for us since we did not know much about the Northern Idaho area.
