Mark had the listing on the property located at 6065 French Gulch RD, CDA. I found the listing while searching on Realtor.com. I had never met Mark and called him initially to ask some questions. Without making a commitment at this point to have him represent us we flew up and met both Mark and Kurt for a viewing. Mark answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to research information such as local pool builders, utility expenses, etc. After the viewing we elected to have Mark represent us and present what we felt was a reasonable offer to the sellers. Much to our delight the offer was accepted with just a few changes. During the escrow period Mark communicated on a regular basis and even did a video of the final walk-through as I was unable to attend. Mark goes well beyond the "call of duty" to the point of making sure things like lawn mowers were moved into the garage for safe-keeping and making sure things like TV's were all working correctly. My wife is a Real Estate Broker in So. California so I have seen many deals over the years and this has to be one of the smoothest I've ever seen. Also a shout out to Dan Stubbs at Idaho Independent Bank for the processing of our loan.
