My 25 years of environmental compliance & regulation experience is an advantage for real estate transactions. I was an asbestos inspector, public drinking water system manager, HAZMAT technician/specialist for CalEPA working meth lab remediation, superfund site cleanups (lead & hazard waste) & was a statewide emergency responder. As a hydrogeologist, I analyzed test pit geology for drinking water wells & septic systems; analyzed community water supplies, and performed Phase I /II ESA (environmental site assessments) for real estate transactions....
