Susie knew the lakes and market which was important to us. Additionally we had some strange items come in when under contract and she promptly reached out and discussed. We worked together to find the person who could offer a solution and move forward. If we had a less knowledgeable agent then i think it's likely the deal would have fallen apart or a lot more would have fallen on our shoulders.
Susie was great on being available to review and discuss homes. We were in holidays and both had personal issues come up and she was there to help. In particular i think Susie was helpful in discussing offers and the strategies. She understood our position and supported it. She did a good job contacting the listing agents to make sure they understood where we stood.
