Walt was very patient with us, we switched gears on him a few times because of our own indecisiveness, which I am sure was frustrating, but he was understanding in each of our decisions and provided helpful viewpoints and information at each turn, he was never pushy or aggressive and tried to put himself in our shoes as we navigated our decision making process. He always tried to get as much information as possible on every property we showed interest in and was willing to help at a moments notice as our impulses changed. At one point we were out of the market and our experience with Walt made us seek him out again when we were ready to buy almost an entire year later after we first contacted him. Many agents wouldn't give you the time out of day in similar positions but Walt was a true professional and we are glad we worked with him, he is an asset to the realtor community for sure. I would recommend his talents to my friends and family for sure.
