Eric Hanson just helped us sell our home and purchase our new house. It was such a great process! Of course there was normal stresses of buying and selling but Eric was so great about staying on communication and always keeping us well informed as things progressed. Being a newer realtor, I really respected the way he handled a situation or question that came up he wasn't 100% sure on. If he wasnt confident in the answer he quickly found the answer and got right back to us! His frankness put me at ease knowing that any and all info coming from him could be counted on. I really felt like he was our advocate. In both the sell of our home and purchase of our new home it was clear to my husband and I both that he really had our best interest in mind and was willing to go to bat for us. Even if thateant helping do last minute fixes on our house before closing! He was easy to talk to, very available and handled our endless questions with ease!
