Heather Pedersen is a native Idahoan who grew up in eastern Idaho before making her way to the Treasure Valley in 1993. Over the years she’s called Boise, Meridian, and Kuna home — and now proudly resides in Lewiston as she begins her next chapter in the Lewis Clark Valley.
With a degree in business administration and a real estate license earned in 2008, Heather brings nearly two decades of experience, insight, and steady guidance to her clients. She is known for her calm approach, clear communication, and ability to make big transitions feel seamless.
Heather loves that real estate allows her to help people through meaningful life changes. Whether buying, selling, or relocating, she believes the process should feel organized, supported, and as stress‑free as possible.
Outside of real estate, Heather enjoys everything outdoors — gardening, camping, hunting, and fishing — along with hosting friends, entertaining at home, and spending time with family. She’s excited to bring her experience, her energy, and her love of Idaho living to the LC Valley community....
