I’m Sarah Marchelli—a Realtor, adventurer, mom, and proud Lewiston local who spent 13 years exploring the world before finding my way home.
My path hasn’t been exactly traditional. With degrees in Journalism from North Idaho College and Outdoor Adventure Leadership from Southern Oregon University, I’ve built a life around curiosity, adventure, and connecting with people. From rock climbing and fishing to SCUBA diving and exploring some pretty incredible
places, I’ve learned to embrace the unknown and enjoy the journey.
Eventually, though, I realized there was nowhere quite like home.
Today, I’m raising my family in the Lewis-Clark Valley and helping others make real estate decisions that support the life they want to live. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, finding space for a growing family, or investing in real estate, I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path.
I bring local knowledge, curiosity, determination, and a genuine love for people to every transaction. My goal is simple: to help you make a move that makes sense for the life you’re building.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside with my family, chasing an adventure, drinking coffee, or sneaking away for a pedicure when I can. 😉
I came home because I realized the life I wanted was here.
